Dowloading large datasets of media

I have 73,000 forms uploaded in my database, each of those holds media (ID photo and land photo) I’m looking to download large datasets of the media since I need to give the ID pictures to the regulator my law, but I’m only able to download one by one, no by bulk. Could you please advise?

You can bulk download your media attachments, this help article explains how to achieve that:

Hi there,

One of the Kobo team members has also created a python script to download specific files if that is useful for your scenario (for example to get only the ID photos).

There is also a Suggestion Box post requesting the ability to download based on filters in future.

Allow downloading media for subset of records (instead of all at once)

I also see Josh has created a Python script to download only a subset of files - Downloading media files (filtering by questions) - #3 by Josh - this is great for technical users, but the UI-based solution is still needed for the general users! Thanks
