Download Fail! Shows Export Failed error message!

Hi @dagiz, when I tested your form on my side by downloading your form to XLS, I was able to successfully export data. Can you please try the following steps:

1. Download your form as XLS from the KoBo UI
   
   
2. Replace your current form with the one you just downloaded and redeploy
   
3. Navigate to the downloads section with XLS export type and un-check the box that says " Include data from all 2 versions"
   
   
4. Try download as usual normal

I am having trouble exporting data. It says export failed. I am facing this problem in my other projects as well.

Hi @Kal_Lam I am facing the same issue. Export failed, I have edited the form elements and redeployed it but not using repeat group in the form. How to solve this as now many responses are there already and I need the form data. Please guide how to resolve this.
