For the last two days, I have tried to download the data that has already been collected without success. The organization want the data and they can not understand that such happen.

Yes I did do the same
Did you also edit stuffs from within the repeat group?
Sorry I do not understand the issue of repeat groups…

I have the same issue when I try to download the data in XLS format. The survey has undergone some changes including adding and removing repeat questions groups. I am not able to troubleshoot what the problem is.
