Download forms 'nothing to display'

Greetings!
We are having a similar but different problem. All of the settings are correct (as listed above). However, when we go to ‘download form’ tab, there is no error message, it just says “Nothing available to display.” It is not possible, because we have multiple, small projects deployed.
There is no problem accessing the account via the website, but we cannot download forms at this time.
Any assistance would be appreciated, as we have new projects to start soon.

Our account is active, and any project that was working previously is still working. However, when using the KoboCollect app, if we go to “download form,” we get the “nothing available to display” message. People are still uploading data on these projects, but the ‘download form’ tab is not working.
The username, password, and server information are correct and verified (we would not be able to get into this forum if they were not valid).
Please advise.

@qnaservices, could you kindly share a screenshot of the Settings>Serverwith the community? Maybe that would help us understand the configuration issues, if any exist.
