Download missing data

Hello,

I recently concluded my Fieldowkr and started data cleaning, however, I realized that I am missing some data in my downloaded data set. I tried re downloading each section but still missing. How can I fix this.

Thankyou for your response. What i meant is an entire group of questions and responses does not come along when I downloaded. Basically, I set up a group questions and they all don’t download, only 2 of such kind of questions have downloaded with its response but the others are no where to be seen, so I don have a sample to send
