Welcome to the community, @usif! Could you also provide more details on the report format you wish to have? i.e., do you want to have the report in a word document with the design currently seen in the custom report (graphs and tables)?

The entire report

Even in pdf full edtimg seems not possible with pdf tools at the moment (e.g. Acrobat Exchange) as some elements are images, not text, i.e. not editable. Similar if you “print” a form as pdf at the moment.
