I have collected some data and some columns are missing in the final data set on downloading… The columns missing are visible on the mobile phone when running the actual questionnaire.
What could be the problem?

Please ensure if you have (updated and) redeployed your survey form. This could have an affect similar to that you are facing.
In the image below you will see a survey form where i have redeployed multiple times (6 times here).
If you download the data-set with the Include fields from all … deployed versions, checked you will see some data columns that are blank as shown in the image below:
If you download the data-set with the Include fields from all … deployed versions, unchecked you will see no data columns that are blank as shown in the image below:
