I am trying to download the media files from data collected in a form. However, we had multiple versions of the form over time, and for entries in previous versions of the form the media files are shown as text (i.e.1710760703321.jpg) rather than as a media file. I have tried several things, including downloading the data, downloading all the media files but the pictures are not downloaded.
Are there any ways I can access these uploaded images?
@salomegass, could you kindly share with the community a screenshot of what you are trying to download? Please also let the community know the server you are using. These details should help the community to understand your issue and help you solve the problem you are facing.
