Downloading XLS KoBo forms

Good afternoon

I’m trying to download the XLS of one of my KoBo forms, but can’t do it even tho I have tried in different browsers, would you pls suggest a solution?!

@nrcaccount I am facing the same issue at my end here. Maybe it could be a system issue.

@nrcaccount, @Odade3 which is the server you are using? Are you using the OCHA server or the HHI server?
