I have got a problem to download data to excel since 1 of september. Is it possible updating from KOBO for free account? Any one can help me?
Welcome to the community, @khaledaish! Thank you for bringing the issue to the community. As a workaround (until we make a fix), please try downloading your data in the XLS (legacy) format. It should work without any issues.
