Why does all the saved drafts gets deleted? Anyone here to help with retrieval or any solutions?
Welcome to the community, @Tshomo! Did you mean the saved drafts that were collected as web forms? Kindly please also let us know if they were drafts (incomplete submissions) or if they were completed submissions.
It was saved as drafts not submitted. All the drafts were gone.
@Tshomo, where did you collect your data? Did you use the Collect Android App or Enketo? These details should help us understand your issue.
