I have developed a questionnaire with two signatures questions (one for the data collector and on e for the respondent).
any way one I get the data and downloaded as Excel file I found a lot of repeated images’ names between the two columns (the name of the signature file in the first and second signature question are the same). and that is resulted in having the same signature in both fields.
Also, we have been experiencing a lost in the picture since we didn’t receive the same number of media files as mentioned in the excel file (the number of media files does not match the number of the signature cells filled with files names in the downloaded excel file)
Please help !!!
