Duplicate name error

I am having problems uploading any form to the server. Whenever I try, the following error appears. This happens with different form versions that are already on the server

@ricardopmarinho, you could validate your xlsform through this online validator and remove duplicates present within the xlsform.

Only this error is given but I’m still not able to deploy the form

Maybe you will need to share your xlsform with the community so that the community should be able to help you out.
