Duplicates in Excel exports

I am having many problems with exports to Excel of my submissions received from the mobile app. They duplicate, even sometimes triple or quadruple the data, have the same “uuid”. Am I the only one with that problem? What could be the solution

Welcome back to the community! Would you mind letting us know the server you are using (OCHA or HHI). And did your survey projects have to capture images too?
