Dear Colleagues,

I tired the same Excel tools existed in the [Dynamic Data Attachments — KoboToolbox documentation]

But the system warned me before using the data collection tool.
i also tired another XLSForm and the same messages appear.

The message is

Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.

Please contact ( support@kobotoolbox.org ) with the link to this page and the error message below:

Failed to load survey.xml.

What could be the problem?

Dear, I am using the same exel file of the example. i already verified them by which no defect was found by the system.

I tested your forms, and i believe you are just missing one step. I think you are missing the step 4. Because i just downloaded your forms and used them without applying the step 4, i got the same error, but as soon as create the connections form were ready to use.

I keep getting the “Can’t find survey.xml” error when creating this setup so I downloaded the example parent and child project from the link in the following page Dynamic Data Attachments . I have enabled “share data” in the parent and “import dynamic data” in the child but still getting this error using your example forms (without changing anything). Can anyone confirm as of 14/09/2024 that this is still working?
