for our data collection we use a registration form, where we collect basic information and create an ID for each participant, and a number of questionnaires to conduct various assessments. These questionnaires are connected to the parental form through a dynamic link based on contact information (email or phone number) and through this link the form retrieves the ID created during registration. One of the partners has reported that when they insert the person’s contact information, the affiliated form takes a long time to load the information regarding ID. The coding is the same as in other forms, where we do not face the same challenge. What could be the source of the issue?
