Dynamic pull from one kobo form to another

I am trying to pull some data from stv form to distribution form based on the field Uid. But It pulls nothing though I can not find any error in my form. Can anyone help me? I have attached both the xls file of both the form.

Yes it is working and I have attached the xls form. It would be great if someone help me out.
