I’m using the ODK Collect application and as a new version was implemented, some screens were modified. Some researchers ended up finishing the form by mistake, could it be edited again?
@jovitosam, did they submit the submissions to the server, or is the submission still in the app? In either case, you should still be able to edit the submissions. If the submission is still in the app, the enumerators can edit it manually from the app through Edit Saved Form. If the submission has already been submitted to the server, then the admin (not the enumerators) can edit the submission through the server as outlined in our support article Editing or Deleting a Single Submission.
The form is in “Send Finalized Form”, in this state it is possible to return them to “Edit Saved Form”?
