Editing forms Start tag expected, '<' not found

hello,

I cannot edit my forms, I keep receiving an error message: Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you edit this record until this is resolved.

Please contact [support@kobotoolbox.org] with the link to this page and the error message below:

  • Start tag expected, ‘<’ not found

any way I can fix this?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Ok so, how do I troubleshoot this? Do I edit the duplicate name of “February 2021 onwards?” so that they’re not the same anymore?

@lunadayekh, the first thing you will need to do is to copy and paste February 2021 onwards and paste them into your XLSForm to search for it. You will then need to take appropriate actions.

Hello. I fixed it and it is still not working. Now I receive this.

@lunadayekh, the error messages now you see are simply flaggers. It should not affect your form.
