Enketo can't be opened with an Android mobile phone

Dear all

I am currently collecting data with an Android Smartphone using a Web based form (Enketo Express). But unfortunately the link cannot open, only the loading circle which keep on circling. Meanwhile, if accessed through a laptop can be open even though it has to wait quite a long time.

Hi @akoh,

Have you checked your xlsform through this link to see if your xlsform has any syntax errors in it. Sometimes, your form may load if it has some syntax errors in it. Besides, have you also checked the form with KoBoCollect android app to see if you are able to load the survey form successfully.

If using the KoboCollect application there are no problems
