Enketo form not displaying correctly

When I preview my survey with its matrix table it looks correct.

But when I click the link to the webform it doesn’t display. (I’d add the photo if it let me put more than one). It just has the titles of the columns in bold and no table at all!
I need to ensure 1. I can collect this data offline and 2. that it displays correctly

@ket5128, you will need to set the layout to grid-theme as outlined in the support article Using Alternative Enketo Web Form Styles.

every time I go back in to edit the project, do I need to set it to grid form and redeploy again? Because otherwise it looks like it doesn’t save the setting.

@ket5128, no, you will not need to set it every time. Doing it once is enough.
