The enketo form says that “this record or ID exist. PLease change it”, But we dont have any draft with same id. What could be the issue. See the form attached
@archanadang, if there are no pending submissions in your browser, then could you clear the cache of your browser? Maybe that would solve your issue. Let us know on what happens after you clear the cache of your browser.
There are pending submissions. The draft is not getting saved. Is it possible to submit that draft?
@archanadang, yes you should be able to submit data to the server manually by following this support article Manually Uploading Submissions.
