Hi,

we are facing problem to open enketo webform on android phone . here is screenshot attached.

@dipendra, did you validate your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues?

Sir, on my Desktop/chrome it’s working fine but in android browser we face problem.

@Kal_Lam hi sir we have validate throgh online validator-- but its not worrking on android phone browser eg. in vivo phone we have vivo broser…

@dipendra, as an alternative try, could you upload your browser to it’s latest version and see if that should solve your issue? Try using modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.

Hi! all,

I am facing similar kind of issue that Some Times Form taking longer time to load and some time flag the same issue as you mentioned. It is the issue with Enketo only not for Kobo Collect App.

What is the potential reason behind this. How can I make form more easy to load ?
