Hello Kobocollect Community,
I have been testing my survey with a group of enumerators (6 lenovo M7 tablets), using enketo forms not the kobocollect app, and many times they receive this message in the picture attached, and in the database, the submissions are recorded but empty of data. However, when they try filling the survey using a computer for example, it works. Where is the problem?
