We are currently facing an issue while working on editing our survey submissions by redeploying the form and resubmitting updated data. Initially, it worked successfully for two submissions. However, after that, we started receiving the following error message:
“Data server did not accept data. Contact the survey administrator please. (400)”
We have double-checked the form structure and the data format, and we haven’t made any significant changes that would explain this error. Unfortunately, this issue is now preventing us from editing or updating any further submissions.
Could anyone please help us understand what might be causing this error and how to resolve it?
Hi! Have had the same problem. I wanted to upload images belonging to the survey by editing the survey recently uploaded. This has been done successfully previously, however this time the exact same error message as you here show (Data server did not accept data. Contact survey administrator please (400)) occurred. Have you been able to find a solution?
(luckily only time has been waisted and no data lost. However I do believe it shows a bug in the system that needs to be corrected! Ideally we need all data collected in the same way to get our output in the same way too. Could Anyone from KoboTool box service team help me?
