I am encountering an issue while submitting a form via Enketo. The error message says:
“Submission Failed – Data server did not accept the record. Please contact the survey administrator. (400)”
This happens only with some records. If I re-enter the same data and submit again, sometimes it works.
Could you please explain what this 400 error means in KoboToolbox?
Is there anything I can check or fix in the form or data to prevent this from happening?
You may need to check your network connection to see if it’s stable. Please also check this on a different device or browser (a modern and updated one) to see how it behaves.

Hi Kalyan, I’m experiencing the same issue. It’s weird that I see this error in one form but not others. Is this a Kobo site-wide issue or just for certain accounts/projects?
