Hello,
I am trying to edit a submitted form on KOBO and getting the following error message. Has anyone experienced this before or knows a possible solution?
I have already tried using multiple browsers and and clearing my cache.

@fn218k , this seems to be a self-hosted server. Maybe you will need to contact your system administrator for it (as we don’t have access to your server).

Are you logged into KPI on the same browser? Have you tried logging into your ee instance using <ee subdomain>.<domain>/login
?
