Error 404 when trying to send data from KoboCollect

Estoy experimentando un problema al intentar enviar datos desde la aplicación KoboCollect. Recibo el siguiente mensaje de error:

Error: Generic Exception
getInstanceList failed with error: Not Found (404)

Detalles adicionales:
• URL del servidor configurada: https://kc.kobotoolbox.org.
• Conexión a Internet: Verificada y funcionando correctamente.

Pasos que ya intenté:

Verifiqué que la URL del servidor esté configurada correctamente.
Revisé el formulario para asegurarme de que está publicado.
Limpié el caché de la aplicación KoboCollect.
Confirmé que tengo una conexión estable a Internet.
Aseguré que tengo permisos para enviar datos al servidor.

este error afecta solo a algunos usuarios de este formulario, no a todos. ademas solo afecta en la aplicacion y no en el navegador.

@clopez24, you may also need to share the screenshots of the apps/devices that are having submission issues from under the SETTINGS>Server so that we can also understand if the configuration was made incorrectly.

@clopez24, I see an issue with your URL. Try this out https://kc.kobotoolbox.org instead of using this URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/.

Here you have used an extra / that should not be in the URL.

Buenos dias, cambie el / y aun no funciona, ademas los demas usuarios si les funciona la configuracion, solo es este usuario.

@clopez24, could you also ensure that the user account claudia_22 has add permission to the project? This is because, I see no projects being deployed under the account (as of now).

Efectivamente tiene todos los permisos, y no se muestran implementados por que se elimino la cache del telefono.

@clopez24, could you login into the account and then show me the project is there in the project dashboard? If it’s not there, you will need to reshare the project with the user as advised in this support article row-level permission?

@clopez24, it seems like it’s a project shared by funadeh2024. Now go to the specific project that is stuck in your Collect Android App and see if funadeh2024 has granted you the add submission permissions.

@Kal_Lam, hemos identificado que el error está relacionado con Dynamic Data Attachments. En el navegador funciona perfectamente, pero en la aplicación KoboCollect presenta un fallo. Esto podría deberse a un bug posiblemente introducido en la actualización de Enketo 7.3.1.
