@clopez24, you may also need to share the screenshots of the apps/devices that are having submission issues from under the SETTINGS>Server so that we can also understand if the configuration was made incorrectly.
@clopez24, could you also ensure that the user account claudia_22 has add permission to the project? This is because, I see no projects being deployed under the account (as of now).
@clopez24, could you login into the account and then show me the project is there in the project dashboard? If it’s not there, you will need to reshare the project with the user as advised in this support article row-level permission?
@clopez24, it seems like it’s a project shared by funadeh2024. Now go to the specific project that is stuck in your Collect Android App and see if funadeh2024 has granted you the add submission permissions.
@Kal_Lam, hemos identificado que el error está relacionado con Dynamic Data Attachments. En el navegador funciona perfectamente, pero en la aplicación KoboCollect presenta un fallo. Esto podría deberse a un bug posiblemente introducido en la actualización de Enketo 7.3.1.
