Hi, I’m having trouble uploading filled forms to the server. Whenever the data collectors try to upload the forms, error 404 pops up. I tried it on my phone and I got error message (error 502 I think). However when I uninstalled my app (which has no data) and reinstall a new kobo app. The new forms I filled can be sent to the server. Can someone please help?

Could you please show us your KoBoCollect configuration page from General Settings>Server. It may be a configuration setting.

yes, about 1500 odd submissions. Im not sure about other fields - but one particular field faced problem while uploading yesterday - i tried uploading the same form as a dummy from my phone but it didnt work - error 502 was shown on my kobocollect app.
Have you checked the date and time of your device? Sometimes, the distortion of date and time should also affect the same.
