Error 500 and double entries

I have experienced a few difficulties which I will outline below:

  1. My last submission made double entries

  2. When I try to edit one of those entries, I get an error:
    The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact (500).

This has lasted for 2 weeks.

This only applies to the last entries, I’m able to edit the previous entries though.

Please let me know what I can do to rectify this problem. Your help will be much appreciated.

@teddytindy1, could you kindly share a screenshot of your issue with the community so that we can understand it pictorially? Please also feel free to let us know the server you are using.
