Hello, One of our interviewers is not able to download forms off of the server. The tablet previously worked for the study, and other interviewers were able to access and download these same forms.
They are able to see the new forms but they get this error message:
Form list download failed
Collect can’t reach the server
Any advice would be welcome, thank you.
@globalhealthlab, could you share with the community a screenshot of your issue? Could you also let the community know the data collection tool (Enketo or Collect android app) you are trying to use?
Thank you. Yes. Data collection tool is Collect Android App. Two screenshots attached. Issue has been persistent even with good internet.
@globalhealthlab, could you also share a screenshot of the Settings>Server of your Collect android app? Maybe that would also be helpful for us to investigate your issue further.
