I have been trying to download images collected through kobo but it constantly fails. It shows pending then after some time it shows failed. Could it be that the number of images are too many because the first time I was able to download but after we completed the data collection am not able to download.
Kindly assist.
Yes, when you have a large number of media and the media size is too heavy there is a probability for a timeout. This causes disruption while downloading media files. Maybe you will need to use downloadthemall as discussed in our previous post to download these ZIP.
