Error during submitting the form

One of my respondents using Google Chrome is facing difficulty in submitting the filled form. Error is: “Error occurred During the loading of this form. it is recommended not to use this form for data entry until this is resolved… Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

So you mean you have a group of enumerators. Other enumerators don’t have this issue. It’s only one enumerator that is having this issue?

So, I am using it as a self administered questionnaire and one of the respondents reported this.

OK, maybe you could request your respondent to change the browser to some modern one like the Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc. Also please be informed that the browser should be updated to its latest version.
