Error during upload completed interviews with Enketo

Hi All,

Am coming across the attached image while in field.
The team has done quite a number of interviews but when I check the data some are blank.
The first question should at least be answered before upload.
We are using the link and not the app.

What could be the problem and how can I retrieve the data?

This seems to be an issue with your form, specifically a function in your form. I would recommend that you send your form so that we look at it. You could send it in XLS version
