I am writing to seek your support on the mentioned error, we collected data and when sending most of the data, however, 5 of the forms could not be sent or go through to the servers, we tried connecting to different types of networks/internets but all in vain. Therefore, we are seeking your guidance and found the attached displaying an error message while trying to send it.
