@zradanovic, there are some names which is not supported properly. FYI: [image] Maybe you will need to replace RFHP-EN with RFHP_EN or simply provide a unique number starting from 1 and increasing gradually. Note: you will also have to change the use of / to _ or use a unique number as advised above. Similarly, use of , or space is also not allowed. Fix this and this should solve your issue.

Thank you for your response on this; however, my form is still not deploying and showing the same error. I’ve tried everything from this thread and other threads on the same issue. Would it be possible for me to schedule time to show you my screen on Kobo Toolbox? The ODK Validator is coming back with no errors, so I am really stuck.

• Do you a very long project/form name?
• Do you have any choices without a label text?

From our experience these are two situations where the error might only pop-up on deployment, but not on validator or preview…
