Error - Failed to load pdf document

I have been trying to download a media attachment for one particular result in a project both through the “DATA” tab for the project and through link in the XLS download. I get this error - Failed to load pdf document. Is this a data entry issue (i.e., an issue on part of the person who entered the data and uploaded the pdf) or on my part as Account Admin or an issue on kobo?

@Ali34, @iyd, @co2balance I checked this out at my end. Yes, even after successfully downloading the media attachments, you are not able to get the media files safely in the Zip folder. I even got the error message you got. This is happening as your media file is too large. We are currently working on a new feature that would be able to download the media files in batches so that the system can handle the server time-out limit.
