I found problem in my kobocollect, when I try to send the data in draft I have a error message like this
“An error occurred, you downloaded two different forms but they have the same form ID and version. It is likely that both are the same form and were uploaded at different times or on different servers. in this case delete one of the forms”
Please give me instruction what should I do so my data will not lose

Thanks for your reply, This the screenshot of this issue. I try to fill the form in another day and i get the warning notification like in this picture.
FYI: I used Kobocollect in “Blackview” mobile phone and the version of the app is still in 2022

@chur, would you mind going to the following settings Hide old form versions to see if it’s checked?
Settings>Form management>Hide old form versions
If unchecked would you mind trying to check it to see if this solves your issue?
After I do this step, the data still can’t send and the warning notification still in there. I try to do the manual submit, 3 files that are fail to submit, I can’t find 2 files in mobile folder that i want to submit manual.
How can i do?
@chur, seems like you have an issue submitting your data to the server. Did I get you correctly?
Yes, after I fill the data It doesn’t automatic send to server (I have setting to send the data automatic). After I try to send manual and try to searching the file in mobile, i cant find the file.
