I am running into this issue whenever tying to submit forms from Kobocollect Android phone device.
Any idea why this is? Reading through old help raised on this issue, sounds like this a server issues that you had to deal with on your side?

Welcome to the community, @akino! It could be an internet issue. Have you tried submitting again to see if you can submit it now? When trying it again, please check your network strength first to ensure that your network has a strong connection.

The internet bandwidth is not always the best around here.
