Was this resolved? We have the same issue. Settings are correct, as I can retrieve blank form.
Welcome back to the community, @tafataona! Could you share with the community a screenshot of what you see? Maybe that would be helpful for the community to troubleshoot your issue.
Simply my own stupidity. I do have 2 different accounts for 2 different organizations and was logged into the incorrect one on my kobo collect app. That’s why it wouldn’t accept my submission.
