This is to cross-check the configurations are OK.

Was this resolved? We have the same issue. Settings are correct, as I can retrieve blank form.

Simply my own stupidity. I do have 2 different accounts for 2 different organizations and was logged into the incorrect one on my kobo collect app. That’s why it wouldn’t accept my submission.
