@raquelchaicoj, are you still facing this issue? Is it an issue from a single device, or is it an issue from multiple devices? BTW, could you also let us know the server you are using?

@raquelchaicoj, maybe try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it back to see if that helps. Please let us know what happens.

@raquelchaicoj, how many submissions were stored there? Generally, it is risky to do it directly without making a backup.
