Error in creating project after installing Kobo Toolbox

Description

We installed a local version of Kobo Toolbox following the website instriuction.
When creating a new project from web interface we have an error :

Error: new project could not be created. (code: FORBIDDEN)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install kobo toolbox
    2.Create a new project
  2. …

Expected behavior

The project is created

Actual behavior

Error: new project could not be created. (code: FORBIDDEN)

Hi, @alflaro
This seems like an issue with installing KoBoToolbox on your own servers. Have you ever done this before? Can you confirm that you tried repeating the process again? I suggest that this goes to installing on your own server section.

It’s the first time we’re trying to install Kobo . We would like to use for surveys for covid-19 outbreak emergency.
We didn’ repeat the process .

Thank you for the good work you are doing on COVID-19. I would suggest that you re-install it again and note any issues during installation in detail.for more support… I am also changing the location of this request.
