I have the setting of auto update to get blank forms. the data collector normally fill the blank forms and saved the forms. but when he try to edit the saved form it is showing the above error message.
@wvmcpie, as a quick check, would you mind deploying your survey project as a new dummy project and try collecting data with your app to see if it behaves similarly?
