@pascal99, I didn’t have an issue loading this survey form at my end. FYR: here is a screenshot of where I loaded the form through my PC:
In addition, I could also load your survey project from my mobile device:
Try using modern (updated to the latest version) browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc. That should probably solve your issue.
