Muy buena tarde

les comento que recién estoy explorando la plataforma para poder hacer una encuesta.

Sin embargo he estado teniendo algunos inconvenientes con respecto a la recolección de datos. Actualmente tengo un mensaje de error en mi formulario, la imagen del mensaje.
Que posibilidades hay de que se me pueda asistir con darme una guía de como solucionarlo. saludos. abajo pongo el mensaje del error

Error al cargar

Se ha producido un error en la carga de este formulario. Le recomendamos no usar este formulario para introducir datos hasta que esto se resuelva.

Welcome to the community, @trabajos2024! Do you get this error message when you try to load a new form in Enketo or when you try to edit a submission? Please also let us know the server you are using? These details should help us troubleshoot your issue.

Can you post you form here and hopefully someone can spot what might be wrong with it and causing this error.

Thank you for the suggestions.
I have reviewed everything and watched tutorials, however, I have not been able to solve it
Characteristics of my document:
I have 72 questions
And when I preview it, it tells me that I cannot use the form because it has an error because it is too long
Also, it says that it is in ENKETO and I do not understand that and in the tutorials no one talks about that and how to solve it or how to configure it.
Now I cannot configure my account, Kobo does not allow me to do so, even if I click on it, nothing happens.
Will there be someone who can help me resolve my doubts?

  • Apart from ENKETO, what other options are there so that I can collect data without problems and how can I configure it?
  • How can I see what errors I had in my registration?

Can you please post your form here (or a redacted version thereof) so we can try to determine what is causing the error.

72 questions is not long for a form, so there is something else clearly wrong that is causing the error you see.

username and password? or just the format as surveys.

It has some features such as skip rules
and scale type questions.

También tengo tablas y aquí me aparece este mensaje
Nota: el tipo de pregunta matriz, solo funciona en los formularios web Enketo que utiliza el estilo “grilla”
entonces me pregunto en donde puedo configurar este estilo.

I don’t have an XLS document. I did the survey directly within Koobo

I can share my project with you if it is okay for you to support me.

You can always obtain a copy of your actual XLSForm definition via the form actions in Kobo:
