Error in using data collecting form by my colleagues

I hope that you are doing well.

Indeed, I have been facing a problem in receiving the collected data by my colleagues for some days.

When I share with them the collect data link (Enketo Express for KoboToolbox), they will be asked to enter user and password as in the following picture.

Kindly, support me to resolve this problem.

Hi @Silvana You could do this by configuring your KoBoTooolbox account settings by checking the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below).
