Error in XLS values, reflected on the dashboard and dowloaded XLS sheet

There are errors in the XLS values of some responses to some of the questions on the forms. This is reflected on the kobo data dashboard as well as in the downloaded XML sheet.

Please look into this and let us know how to proceed with fixing this.

Thanks for the response, I’m sharing a screenshot of the data dashboard. One question (group no 4) has errors in the responses, the responses don’t reflect the provided options of the question
