Error loading report into table

Good morning, Please help me by checking the kobo.humanitarianresponse.info as it is not loading the reports in table mode and it is too slow.

hello kal goodday i have the same problem i can not load my report on the table can you help me please, we are currently doing our field data gathering and I can not share the information that we have gathered. thank you
