Good Morning,

When trying to enter to review the Map of a form I get the following error.

Please let me know why.

Do you mean you see this error message when you try to view the map from your survey project.

when I give the map option that error comes out and does not show information and until yesterday it worked very well.

Would you mind providing me with the following information (through a private message) so that i could have a look at my end:

  • Username
  • Project name

However, if it’s not urgent you could wait and see till tomorrow. Sometimes, the system behaves differently with server loads.
