Error message for deployed survey

I have finished my survey, deployed it and it works fine, I also verified the XlSform though ODK - XLSForm Online v2.x and everything is all right.

When sharing it with colleagues, some could open it and some others couldn’t. Those who couldn’t get the following error message:

I really can’t figure out why it works for some persons and not for others!
I have though it could be because of browser as the persons who could not access the survey did it though explorer (edge), but I tried it on chrome, Firefox and explorer and it works fine for me.

If needed, it is possible to send you the Xlsform in private message?

It could be a browser issue. Your enumerators will need to use the updated browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox. They should also ensure that their browser uses the latest version (update) to function as expected. If your team is still using `Internet Explorer, please request them to drop the same.
